It’s not often that one meets a businessman of Craig’s calibre. My husband and I had a bike-rack towing failure while driving to Victoria, and had to locate a trailer last-minute on a Sunday afternoon. Craig was kind enough to load up our four bikes into his truck, store them in his workshop while we drove to Emerald to get the trailer, and even gave us a spare tow ball, as ours was damaged. No charge.Can I speak to his tyre fittings? Nope. But I can speak to his character, his sense of community, and his ethics. Rare as hens’ teeth..! Go visit him if you want to do business with a top-notch man who knows the worth of giving extra effort.

Called up needing help for a driver stranded north of Clermont. With half an hour Panda were there and got him moving. Would recommend.
