Big Mountain Daisy Hill

I went on a one week tour of Rotarura. There was 6 including Adam. The experience was awesome, the ride plan was well thought out and progressive as the trip went. We went to some beautiful natural hot springs to break up the riding and rest up mid trip. He had a good local knowledge in terms of the trail network as well as the town and nice places to eat. The Air BnB booked was awesome, and well set up for mountain bikes. I couldn't recommend more highly and would book another trip again with Big Mountain.

Travelled with Adam from Big Mountain to Rotorua and had an awesome time! A well put itinerary, great value and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great time on the bike. Looking forward to the next tour opportunity, sign me up !!

My first mtb TOUR with big mountain took me to Rotorua, and what a tour it was. Adam's organisation skills, bike briefings and choice of trails to sort skills is commendable. He was also a great guide and very handy to fix/tweak things on the blink.Thanks for making it so memorable adam.

Went on 7 day MTB tour to Rotorua which was organised by Adam from Big Mountain. Absolutely brilliant. Adam took care of all accommodation, transfers, and itinerary (which was flexible for everyone). All we had to to do was ride. If I could give 10 stars I would. Would I book another tour? Absolutely without hesitation!

Just had my first ride after Ben gave my Trek Fuel a full service including a shock and fork service. Ben then spent time with me helping get everything set up nicely. The bike is now running and handling better than ever. I would definitely recommend Big Mountain to anybody looking for first rate place to get their bike serviced. ✅

Great trip. Having a guide made all the difference. Scott was fantastic. Adam put a great itiniery together and everything ran smoothly even the weather. Our trip to Derby was terrific! Had a great time in a beautiful part of the country - from the expert shuttle driver, comfortable accommodation with a friendly, knowledgeable host and the awesome trail guide, we were looked after extremely well. Any problems were catered for thoughtfully, even an unexpected extra night due to plane cancellations. Our group want to make this a yearly event.

A massive shoutout to Adam and Ric from Big Mountain. What a pleasure to do business with. I can't recommend Big Mountain enough and the service is top notch.I recently brought a Trek Fuel Ex ordered in Oct. However, there had been a massive delay from until Jan. Nevertheless, during the waiting period Adam and Ric kept me posted and followed up with Trek without fail.In Jan we found out that the delay was due to the bike being stolen from the shipping deport in Melbourne. Adam spoke with Trek and advocated for an upgrade due to how long the process has been etc. So, I went from Trek Fuel Ex 8 to the 9.7 (carbon) at no extra cost.I am stoked and love my new bike. I truely believe that this highlights not only the professionalism of Big Mountain, but also they care and value their customers.10 stars and Thanks guys - I'll be back.
