On Tuesday my elderly husband arrived for his 10.30 appointment which was CONFIRMED to me over the phone a few days prior. However, the receptionists there weren't able to find this appointment. After 45 minutes of waiting they told him that the doctor couldn't fit him in thus had to leave. Another time he was called rude " by one of the nurses there because he didn't have any patience whilst waiting. A 2 hour wait for a scheduled appointment would make anyone behave rudely. Nevertheless I find it unacceptable to call your patients "rude" Many patients are elderly and have set routines. The doctors in this clinic only have two days when they are available so if you missed out on those two days you must wait at least another week to reschedule."
