Booked in for a mini groom, once I arrived they stated my dog had only been booked in for a bath.My dog was in DESPERATE need of a haircut & I had taken the day off just to get her groomed.Unfriendly & rude staff.

I have been taking my dog to Suzi and her team for a few years now and have recently started taking our puppy as well. Our dogs seem to be very happy to have their groom done and are excited to arrive. We are always pleased with the results, the dogs look great. The team are friendly and professional and the salon is clean. They have a good product range and are happy to offer grooming advice. I highly recommend Pipinley.

Our Penny came back looking beautiful after her deshed today! It was our first time here as we found our old groomer’s service to be lacking, but we are so pleased with the customer (and pet) service we received at Pipinley today. Ashley was so nice and welcoming and it definitely put our nerves at ease. Penny came back looking gorgeous and the price was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Seriously the best dog groomers and doggy day care ever…I have 2 fur babies (German shepherd and a black Labrador)and they love Susie and the staff at Pipinley there prices are fantastic and they treat every fur baby like their own..I can’t recommend them enough if you want your fur baby left in great hands and to come home smelling amazing knowing they have been looked after then you have to give Pipinley a try you won’t be disappointed. I was told by several people to give them a try and I’m so glad I did cause they are beyond AMAZING

Very disappionted. Paid for a full groom on 2 dogs, nails weren't trimed & ear hair wasn't remove resulting in a $400 vet bill due to ear infection. Young lady running business was very rude. Sorry won't be back

The girls are all lovely and do an amazing job for the price. All the dogs seem to be very happy, 2nd time there and we will definitely be back. Highly recommended!
