I switched my services to Chris and his team at Managed Services Australia back in May; Chris had told me about the unknown and why their back up and monitoring was a no brainer for any business owner. Well, last week, my emails and folders disappeared; 4 years work at risk (and yes, I had back up). Not only did their service team respond urgently to my panic stricken call for help, within 1 day everything was restored - not sure how they did it, but that's why you definitely need them. Until you have a crisis, you can't tell how good a service provider is - well, 5* as far as I am concerned, thank you. I have not meet Chris and James in person from Manage Services Australia, only on the phone several times for the help to discuss the cheaper and safer way to retrieve data from my dead Drobo device with 8TB of data. With their generosity and kindness they managed to help me to find the same 2nd hand Drobo model for me in which I can easily transfer my HDs back to the 2nd hand Drobo. This has help me to save cost and time to retrieve data. Thank you so much.

We have worked with Nicholas and Chris to improve our website speed, as we had tried various optimisations to increase performance. None of the results had been satisfactory, and causing issues with bounce rates and google ranking. After working with Managed Services, our website is now functioning as it should.
