I had my nails done today and they are the best nails I’ve ever had! They took their time and everyone was so friendly! The pricing is also reasonable! Will definitely be back.

This is going to be a long review.Something that is not mentioned is that there are 3 massage chairs for pedicures and 2 chairs for manicures.The salon is TINY. I made a booking for 1 person at 5:00 pm & 2 for 5:45 pm and it was a tight squeeze as we didn't have space to sit and wait. The staff gave up their seat for my friend!They did a beautiful job on my finger nails (SNS) but I'm not super pleased with my toes (normal nail polish).Gia & her husband are beautiful & the older gentleman gives a great leg/foot massage!You can tell they have many regulars, but to ensure they have time to do a good job go solo and book in a non busy time!!!

Gia is so professional and efficient. I always amazed by the results every time I get my nails done. They always so busy and it is better to book in advance rather than just walk in. Price is responsible and the service is fantastic. Love it and definitely recommend it to others. ♥️

I got my acrylics taken off taken here and they just used a plastic nail tip to pry it off which I could have done myself! They charged me $20 and my nails are so thin now

It's always a joy to get my nails done at Gia's.It is more professional than any other salon I've been to.Pedicures are a step above the rest with Lee and the crew.

I had a manicure and pedicure here in March 2022 before a wedding and never again! The young lady that did my manicure did a fairly good job but the older lady (not owner) that did my feet was so incredibly rough that she hacked into the sides of my nails so deep that I ended up with a bad infection on two of my toes and had to go on antibiotics. It was so red and inflamed and then i had pus coming out. They appear to use appropriate sanitizing equipment but it doesn’t matter if they end up cutting you.It took me this long to write a review because I preferred not to but when i saw all their glowing reviews i had to speak up. Not all their staff are trained appropriately and not all speak English well enough to understand what you are asking them to do (and more importantly what not to do).

Gia is an absolute legend saving my nails from a previous bad job from another place and she made them look 1million dollars.

Gia did a wonderful infill on my shellac nails whilst I was in Sydney. Friendly, fast, efficient with an excellent finish. Prices are reasonable and only 5 mins from my city abode. So glad I found her. The great reviews are for real. That's how I found Gia's Nail and Spa. Definitely my go to salon in Sydney.

Tried this place for the first time because of their (mostly great) reviews and unfortunately that would be my first and last time there. Asked for a blush-pink normal polish with French tips and firstly the French tips were way too thick, and then the blush colour was so uneven they had to keep repeating the layers, remove, add on, remove again, add the white, patch up the pink and all ended up uneven and so unprofessional.I ended up asking them to just remove everything so I left with no nail colour, only cleaned up for my toes and my hands, and they charged me $40 for this. I had never had any problems with this kind of nails before, it's pretty simple and common design. What a waste of my time and money.Will go someplace else.
