Conveniently located Macca's. Easy access with lots of parking out front. Also has a kids playground area with climbing and slides. Order via the self serve terminals. Friendly staff.

Just got home to find ALL food stone cold and extra fillets in burgers missing which were paid for missing. ALWAYS happens coming to this McDonald's. The service is appalling. Nothing is ever just as you would hope your order to be. Hot tip: if you want all family members happy and satisfied with their meals, try the McDonalds on George's River rd in Croydon - much better in every regard, and I never have issues with our orders here.

I got my order and the drinks had spilt through myEntire $73 worth of maccas. I brought it to their attention and they kept hanging up on me ignoring me. So I have wasted $73 on food for my family we couldn’t eat. I will never be going to five dock maccas ever. So rude and disrespectful behaviour. I was not even asking for a refund I just wanted them to acknowledge that what happened was no good on their part and assure me it wouldn’t happen again. I’m so disappointed in this.

For the last five times I have been there I would drive home which is less than 5 minutes away and after asking for freshly cooked fries they would be cold. And the burgers would be lucky to be warm. I will never go back. They have put me off Maccas all together.

It was an hot day yesterday so i decided to stop for a quick ice cream. I wanted to get an ice cream not a cup of milk in a cone. If the machine doesn t work properly please just tell to your clients that you are unable to serve a soft serve, no sell it completely melted. I did not have even the timeTo take a photo to attach to this review

Called in today with our grandson for icecreams.Service was great. But there was rubbish everywhere, no bins emptied and tables not wiped down. It was not busy so a staff member should have been on to that I would have thought!!!! Will not be rushing back!

Team is very nice.They're definitely understanding too.If you ever feel like there's something wrong with your order (or something wrong with the playground and all), they'll always do their best to resolve the situation.The team is very kind and understanding, and they'll always do their best to fulfil your needs. Even if it's 100% or not, they will always give their best to keep you satisfied .

Came into the drive through, the person sounded like they didn’t want to be there and said only “Hi”, nothing about ordering. At the pay screen, didn’t say a single thing like the price or anything, then at the collection counter the person held out the food and also didn’t say a single thing. It was one of the most bizarre experiences I’ve had at a drive through

Wanted to leave comment for so many times and I couldn’t hold to tell this time. they rather to put only half piece of cheese, in the fillet o fish, onto the package. Meant there’s no cheese in my fillet o fish.It also happened when you order 10 nuggets with zero dipping sauce. It also happened when you order just two items and they gave you only one item. Maccas five dock is the worst!
