We ordered our tiles thinking at the time that the timeframes we were given were great HOWEVER it wasn’t.After following up multiple times we ended up cancelling our order because of the terrible communication. So many calls and never a call back. Terrible service.We’ve had to reschedule our tiler multiple times due to no information.Also, there’s only one person that knows what they’re doing everyone else who works there are like glorified concierge. No one knows how to use the computer systems or give proper information.So no wonder no one gets back in touch.So disappointing.
