Did not turn up to clean the property, as I had planned 3 weeks ahead. Would not contact me. Caused me to lose a week's rent, as could not hand the property back when planned. No Apology. Completely unreliable. Made every excuse possible to the real estate. Claims he quoted two days in his reply. Did not happen and told me he would return the keys that afternoon to the real estate. Was uncontactable by everyone. If it took two days, it would have been better than not doing it at all, when I was driving interstate
