The customer service was above and beyond. The sauna is super easy to put together. Looks the part and after my first session am a very happy customer. They assure you any replacement part is available through them if needed but they are confident you won't. They did their utmost to accommodate me. They offer delivery and assembly. I assembled myself with help of friend to hold the walls up etc, but very simple click together process with easy to follow instructions. Highly recommended.

We read all the awesome reviews. We drove all the way from the sunshine coast and we received excellent customer service on our visit. They convinced us to buy one of the designed by the owner himself new spas. Was told it would arrive in 4 weeks time or before Christmas at the latest (this was at the start of November). Paid a small deposit and never heard from them again....... We rang for an update after 5 weeks and were treated rudely over the phone. We rang every week till Christmas we just wanted a arrival time so we could be prepared. Evey time the phone service very rude never called back. We stopped calling in February and we never got our spa. Very disappointing experience.

I had a small issue with a jet on my spa, they ordered it in, had it in 2 days. Had potentially an expensive other problem arise, they offered a solution and spent a good 15 minutes with me in shop sorting it out for me. So grateful and so happy I met these people !! Service like this is very few and far between!!

Glad we found these guys before making a purchase. Compared to the chain stores and larger known companies, the price difference was huge - a lot cheaper with King Spa Pools, and their customer service was phenomenal. They did what they said they were going to do at the time they said they would (unlike the other companies who were far more expensive than them), they got accessories in for us and they talked us through our first spa with patience and were never rude, the same cannot be said for the other companies we visited while looking to purchase a spa. Extremely happy with their service and product, and extremely happy with our spa. Thanks guys, we'll be back when I can talk my husband into a Sauna, or we need replacement chemicals!

2 men arrived to pick up spa on time. Very professional. Did an amazing job of removing spa from hut with no damage to anything including plants and loaded on truck. Arrived on time. Very happy with pick up. All the best with your business. I am very pleased I chose your company for my job.
