Had the best experience ordering with Gameology. I had trouble with the MTG LOTR set, but Chris from their customer support line was incredible. Shout out to Basil in store for making getting the set easy too. Would shop there again, and would look forward to it!

Incredible store with great staff. Whether ordering online or visiting their actual shop fronts, there is a great selection of games and accessories.We've spent thousands with Gameology and they're our #1 stop for all our gaming needs.Beware of their sales though, they will hurt your bank account. The sale discounts are generous, the loyalty points are easily accumulated towards further discounts and you'll need to buy another Bookcase to store all the games!

Went in store and spoke to 3 different staff members who were all knowledgeable and patient with all my questions! Really friendly and happy to chat. It was fairly busy for a little store which I think this reflects on the stock availability and quality of customer service there.The only downside is only a small portion of stock were priced, so I had to annoy the staff and keep asking for a price check on the items.Will definitely be back. Thanks!

My order arrived in New Zealand fast and prices are excellent!No damage on the board game boxes but the packaging could have been a little more robust considering it was an international order.

Have ordered online multiple times (both in-stock and preorder items). Always incredibly quick handling and shipping (esp. preorder). Always packaged fantastically with more-than-adequate protection. Very reasonable pricing. Will definitely continue to purchase in the future!

Love this place. I've ordered from these guys quite a few times the past month or so. Shipping is always fast and items are always packed safely. Best part of all is they have great variety and competitive prices. Their points system is also next to none, which I can't say many if any other collectible stores provide, which adds extra value for customers. Great job guys and thank you. Ordered Saturday morning and paid extra for next day delivery. Item didn't arrive until Wednesday.The Tuesday was a public holiday, so somewhat explains this. But based on their next day delivery schedule it should have been delivered by 9pm Monday and the public holiday wouldn't have come into it.Item was fine, but arrived two days after I needed it.
