Terrible service, told me I was wrong numerous times until I proved them wrong and they eventually admitted it, did a service on my vehicle, didn't fix the issues which I had already asked them twice to fix, left a screw driver in my bonnet and the coolant was below minimum - after they had just done the service. So yeh, pretty much double check everything yourself if your getting your car serviced there!

Such a pleasure purchasing our new isuzu from the team. Lee was awesome to deal with, nothing was an issue and it was a super smooth transaction. Would 100% recommend.

Posted this under the Armidale Ford google page and got no reply so...Absolute joke! Had to take my car there 4 times and they still couldn't even fix the issue. $170 for diagnostics of a leaf in the A/C. Broke something with the battery while looking for the leaf but wouldn't admit it. Had my car for 3 days with no contact until I called 4 times. Then at 5 to 5pm on a friday I had to decide and pay another $380 for a new battery cos this was the issue.Then had to take it back after the weekend for some passkey for the battery or whatever. Thought this would be a 2 minute job. Instead I sat there for over 30 mins before I asked what was going on. Had to get a lift back to work as they had more issues.The saga continues as I still do not have my car and there is still a leaf in my A/C as this would cost another $870 to remove. I will never be returning.Update...2 weeks later I still cannot use the centre dash at all as something about a pin they had to get from Ford. They said they would call me back but still nothing.The middle section was not even properly re-attached when they did try fix it 2 weeks ago so yet another thing that has been broken.This is just ridiculous.Further update...It's now been another week and I have left a message as I couldn't get through a few times over the phone.Still no call back. Still no used of my front dash section. Still a loud ticking in the A/C. Still not happy.
