Such warm and generous people! I printed two pages in colour for a postal return next door and it was free of charge. I offered to pay but they didn't take it.I haven't tried their phone repair services, but I'll definitely come here next time I need that also.Thank you so much :)

Very affordable and efficient service - they replaced the back of my phone in a couple of hours for a competitive price and are so friendly! They also offer free of charge printing, which is super helpful and hard to come by. Highly recommend - thank you guys!

I live in Bondi and have often walked past this store. I love how the work gets done right in the window. Everything up front and transparent. Today I went in for the first time, needing help with a cable connection, and was very happy with the service. Top drawer.

They did fix my phone after charging a lot of money. Told me that the phone will definitely be claimable on insurance multiple times. Refused to give me any receipt with evidence for the transaction and information, said the receipt of payment will be enough. Somehow got convinced in the moment this would be ok and of course Insurance said there is next to no chance that will be sufficient. After a week, around when i was leaving Bondi, the phone screen started to crack again. They did fix the phone originally but would take it to a proper dealer instead of getting them to fix it unless you really need a quick fix. nearly $500 for fixing a cracked screen is still a little steep imho but that's up to personal opinion.

Chris is a legend.. needed to print a few things, did it no problem, free of charge.. a breath of fresh air from the guy a few doors down who used to charge $5 ‘set up fee’ for printing 1 page..

Chris is a wizard. My iPhone would not turn on and I had a critical deadline to meet. He prioritized it and had it fixed in half the time the Apple Store quoted. They are also very helpful on small tech issues. Super friendly. Highly recommended!

Had a broken phone from water damage. At first the screen was broken but after they repaired that, when I got home their were other issues. We went back and since there was quite a few broken parts that would have cost a lot to fix (they were pretty reasonably priced though) I got one of thier pristine 2nd hand phone, with 88% battery health. They refunded me for the screen repair and even brought a couple of the parts of the broken phone saving a bit of money. Both of the people I talked to were kind and friendly. Would go again.

Chris is an absolute legend! I had an urgent printing matter and he was more than happy to accommodate, free of charge. His generosity and easy manner have restored my faith in humanity.
