Very poor service and product, awful corporate culture. They even called me to threaten me to remove a review I left on Facebook 30min after I wrote it... Claiming it's not the same company ... Having two different names and websites does not mean that you are not the same people running the business... It's my right to share my experience and I should not be threatened for that ! Another bad example of your business culture.

I was with Resonline for a year... it was a tough year to say the least! The amount of times the system failed was incredible... from listings randomly becoming inactive for up to 24 hours on Airbnb to bookings not being able to be made on other platforms... it’s a very expensive booking channel for what it offers... the staff culture towards clients is awful, it starts from the management team... our business was hit hard during covid, when I ask for a reduction in monthly fees (these guys are 5 times more expensive than others). They did offer a reduction but only if I signed a 12 month contract... I didn’t know if my business would last 12 months and to tell the truth the thought of working with a system that fails as frequently as it did was beyond me... when I declined a 12 month contract and asked for the same price month to month while covid had us shut down, they doubled the monthly price offered... their rudeness was the last straw and thank goodness... we moved to Levart, at less than a quarter of the price it offers so much more... shop around... don’t do what I did.

This is the 3rd business I have used Resonline. Our changeover was very stressful and unusual and Jason has been absolutely amazing - so helpful, patient and calming. I cannot recommend this company highly enough - should be a 6 Star button here!
