My second dealing with Lexus of Brighton and can’t express how amazing these people are. From the moment my partner and I stepped into the showroom nothing but absolute professionalism. My recent purchase, an ES Lexus Hybrid. We all know how difficult times with new vehicles have been lately, but I must say Scott Baker you and your team were amazing at keeping me up to date with ETA’s. A special mention also to Alex from finance, thank you for your prompt service. Came in over the weekend, none of the dealer even greets you or over any help. Bunch of staffs pretended to be busy on their computers, some just chattting among themselves.We were there for good 20 minutes before we left as no one even care plus they also have very limited range on display.

We picked our new Nx last week from their dealership. Alvin, from sales, helped us with buying a car and he did a great job.The day we needed to pick up our car, he wasn't there, and the whole experience of getting a new vehicle was ruined by the other staff.We never felt appreciated, and the experience was not at all pleasant. I was really interested in buying Lexus merchandise like caps, jackets, umbrellas etc, but the staff showed no interest in selling them to us and even after asking for them multiple times while signing papers, I was never offered any of them. I felt like a free loader. We were not even given a leather folder to keep our service books, a cheap Kmart plastic folio.The lady at the reception was good. She made us a coffee, but that was the last good thing which happened to us on the day of delivery.After signing insurance, we went to take the delivery, and I was gobsmacked when I found our car was not inside the showroom and was parked outside to be picked. Our family was waiting over the phone to see the delivery videos and pictures, but we were not even given an opportunity to do it. The experience of buying and enjoying the delivery of a new luxury car was ruined by the staff that day. We don't even have a single picture of the car taken inside the showroom. Which means a day of celebration, with no memories.In the past, I have bought cars from different dealerships like Ford, Hyundai, Land Rover and Volvo and my experiences there were absolutely wonderful. Even getting my cars serviced from them is always enjoyable and customer oriented then the delivery of a new car here. I wasn't expecting such an experience from a luxury brand and pretty sure new small brands like MG, Cherry and Haval would have treated me better than you.Thanks to Lexus of Brighton for such a bad experience.I had to place orders for all my merchandise through City of Lexus, and I am regretting coming here.PS: even this decoration bow in the picture wasn't there on the car either, and I had to ask for it.I waited for a week for the review email from Lexus, but couldn't wait longer and had to share this awful experience.

Service cheating. Avoid this dealer.do not trust the quote or even the TAX INVOICE. They print out the Tax Invoice according to service book, and claiming that they did a hand book service" but actually they did not. I have just done a service with them

My mother purchased her NX300 Crafted Edition exactly 12months ago, the sales & delivery process was super smooth, the sales manager was a pleasure to deal with, being our 1st Lexus & having owned many new Volvo’s over the years, the whole process made us feel welcome, by far one of the best new car purchase experience we have had. 12 months on, we had our 1st service, the amazing service continued & our car was updated with the latest Apple car play software.
