Ausgreen Solar

I kept it simple and quick when looking for solar in my home. Spent one day on market research, asked quotations from installation companies and agreed upon a reasonable offer by Ausgreen Solar in 3 days and signed a contract. Got the solar fully installed on our roof in the same week I signed the contract. I would genuinely recommend Ausgreen Solar to my friends and family and appreciate Sam's (Ausgreen front man) quick initiative and customer service.

These scammers took a deposit for a job a year ago. After constant delays with the excuse of weather not being suitable they no longer answer the phones. They will take your money and not do the job.

WARNING ⚠️ be careful with this company! I was dealing with a person called Sam Chow real name Chowdry, who was very obliging and courteous at the begging and very assuring. I was dubious about the bad reviews and he assured me that was just a miscommunication. I deposited $100 for a system, which they quoted was the best and cheapest on the market. Please do youR due diligence and research before committing to this company. The problem began as soon as I signed the contract and paid the deposit. Phone calls and emails stopped. I heard nothing and no progress for several weeks. Sam would only communicate on WhatsApp and would never call back. I started to ring the company and they flagged my phone number, which went straight to an answering service. I used another number and they answered immediately. As soon as I said I was an existing customer, they would always tell me they would get back to me. They never did!!!This went on for at least two weeks with no phone calls, so I decided to go to their listed company address at Rosehill. To my astonishment, the company address was just a shop front, just a two desk locked office in a large building surrounded by other unoccupied offices. The office was not occupied and I couldn’t find anyone around to help establish if this business was here at all.I finally got onto Sam, who came up with a million excuses, from the weather to import supply problem. (Last excuse we are waiting on inverters from overseas) I asked him a number of times to refund my money and he assured me week after week that it was only a matter of days before installation. This never happened and the delay was over two months.I got a friend to ring as an interested customer and Sam assured him that they had plenty of supply and would install within a week and and soon as he mentioned my name, Sam changed his tune.PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! They will take your deposit and you will get nothing in return except excuses!!!

They were extremely efficient and very professional in their work. They completed the installation within 5 hours, which I thought was pretty impressive for 23 solar panels. Ausgreen Solar immediately made contact after installation to ensure that I was happy with the work performed.

BE VERY CAREFULDo not use this company if your job is not simple.I paid deposit for solar to be installed on 3 sites, they completed the largest easy job first.More than 12 months later they will not return my calls or refund the deposits for the 2 remaining sites.

I started my research of Ausgreen Solar by looking at previous reviews. Thus I was confused by the previous mixed bunch of reviews. My contact in Ausgreen was Steven <> my experience with him on transaction was a positive one - His follow up/ knowledge/ timing and working with me into delivering what my requirement was along with a great price was A1. All my concerns were addressed and as I had time constraints for the property I am building <> Ausgreen ( Steven ) delivered in a timing manner to my surprise. I will post a review of the product in approximately next 90 days when we move in as the construction is still in final stages, but experience so far on delivery and installation is a positive one <> well recommended by my experience so far <> THANKS STEVEN ( Ausgreen Solar ).

This company is only interested in making a sale and don’t care if you run into any issues. We purchased solar panels from them but they weren’t upfront about the extra costs involved and us needing to upgrade our meter box. Once we signed the dotted line they were outta there! If I can save someone from this company then I’ll be happy. Find a more reputable solar company!

Great advice, competitive prices and very fast installation!Leo ( the sales rep) was a great help for me from choosing the right product to after installation follow up, he delivered even more that what he promised! I believe within the help of Leo I’d not be comfortable with my choice, very knowledgeable, helpful, providing options, advice and very competitive prices and service!The installation service provider was very professional as well!So far very happy with the service deal and products

Ausgreen Solar just installed a 10 KW solar system on my roof.I am writing this review to express my utmost appreciation for the job carried out by Ausgreen. I feel very lucky to pick the company despite the horrendous reviews. Why?First of all, the price was an absolute bargain. For AUD 4,600 I got a complete 10KW system. Compared to other offers, Ausgreen price was about 40% lower.Then…how about the terrible reviews? Most of the reviews were written 2 -3 years ago and the majority were unhappy with late installation or slow communication with the sale Ausgreen teams. I found out it was Covid time when no businesses could function properly with staff and supply chain issues. The other “good” reviews indicate that they did good jobs with installation and after-sales service.I placed the order without a deposit. Within 3 weeks Ausgreen installed the solar system, Their technicians were professional, especially the guy who installed the inverter and connected it to the electrical box. The workmanship quality is exceptional. They spent the whole day on the job and I did not need to pay one cent extra.I assume that Ausgreen is working hard to lift the image of its business, I am lucky to be a customer who got this special treatment. I give Ausgreen 5 stars for the service they provided to me, and will not hesitate to recommend Ausgreen.
