I recently had a fantastic experience at the efficient bicycle repair store. Not only was the handsome guy behind the counter friendly and helpful, but he also went above and beyond by repairing something that was outside of the scope of the original service for free.The repair process was quick and seamless, and the final product was perfect. The store was also clean and organized, which is always a plus. I would highly recommend this store for bike repairs and give them 5 stars for their excellent customer service and skilled work.

Outstanding customer service. They staff let me try out a few seats on my bike in the store and were so helpful and friendly. The store is clean, organized and everything a bike shop should be. They don't have a huge selection of parts, but I will happily support their business. Definitely check this place out.

I have a high-value carbon fibre full suspension tandem and serviced it at Centennial Park Cycles for the first time. Not only were they able to provide a quick 1-day turnaround during a period when many shops were closed, but the knowledge and quality of workmanship were superb. The result was cost-effective repairs instead of costly parts replacement that would more than likely have been the case had I sent the tandem elsewhere for repairs! I will most certainly be servicing my bike here in the future.
