Fantastic, such a beautiful place.Great service, no rush, but the 2 hours we booked were really a bit over 2 hours.Brett was fantastic and caring about the kids.I had 3 kids with me and they all loved it.We definitely will want to come back

A few tips for newcomers - when you see the “barn” sign, keep going down the road until you see “Coonawarra Farm Resort”. We got lost the first time and were a bit late.The people running the place were really friendly! It was an awesome experience through the mountains and trees, very zen and quiet away from city life.Prices are:- $60 for 1hr- $80 for 1.5hr- $90 for 2hrBest to call them and arrange a time to get bookings! Also they don’t have EFTPOS so cash only.

Coonawarra Trail Rides
Great place to go for a relaxing trail ride through the bush. Beautiful horses (some are brumbies!), friendly staff and gorgeous scenery. As mentioned in other reviews it is best to call to arrange a booking rather than just show up. Don't stress if you don't have the right footwear; they have a huge variety of boots to choose from! There are also toilets on site. If you are looking for somewhere to have lunch before or after your ride I would suggest Billy Goat Bend or Den of Nargun which are both close by and have picnic tables and fire pits.

What a wonderful way to start the day. Beautifully well behaved horses, excellent guide who gave very sound instruction to my novice son. Loved it, will be back for sure.

Was a fantastic day, the staff were amazing, horses super well behaved! And the care and attention to pairing ppl with the horse was super! A very enjoyable experience by us all!

Coonawarra Trail rides is quite simply a fantastic and beautiful place to go horse riding. Tom and Tammy are great hosts from start to end.They have lovely horses, each with their unique personality.All gear is provided, from helmets to boots as well as a simple safety briefingWent with the family including grandparents who were well looked after. They loved it, including the kids. Thoroughly recommended!!!
