Excellent customer service quick as great price for the screen replacement if ask they give you a rough guess I was told a rough guess cause they only known the screen needed replacement was told 2 to 3 hours not bad but they had done faster done with in 50 minutes great price if I had to replace a screen I'd definitely recommend this place fast easy no mess around definitely worth the drive to replace a screen legends at work here definitely coming back for another fix of laptops

Been taking my Laptop Repairs to CK Computers for a while Now, recently needed some major work done on it. He had to send it to a third party repair agent. When I received it back one of the drives were missing. Took it back to CK Computers and he'd opened the unit to find that the SSD wasn't properly installed and almost floating around inside the notebook. No fault of CK Computers but he was upset with the workmanship also and told me it's a repair shop called Fix Laptops, if this is the level of their work I'm surprised they are still in business.

I discovered my laptop screen was broken when I sat down a zoom session to work from home. Needless to say I was stressed! Lincoln gave me a very reasonable quote and best of all was able to have it done the same day I brought it in. Back to good as new! A very happy customer!! Can't recommend them well enough. They're very knowledgeable and professional, and do a great job, and do what they say they will do.

To summarize my experience with them in one word.. Disappointment.Gave him a sound instructions on what I wanted done (backup the SSD from Blue Screen, and install a new OS), we agree on price, to my surprise he did the opposite. Over 800GB of data gone!!Went in to pick up the computer, he had the audacity to lie (then said misspoken) told me I had everything on one drive. If I do, what's the purpose of coming to your shop and telling you backup is the priority. He opened the back cover for the laptop when he was not meant to without notifying the owner.Disappointed!!!Advice to you, be careful before you go into agreement on fixing your problem.

Friendly customer service, fast turn around times and super reasonable pricing! Got my laptop battery replaced alongside a fault with motherboard fixed....these guys know what they're doing. Would definitely recommend .
