Alway fast!!

The worst experience we have had with the technician. We had our commercial toaster not working properly and bring it for checked up on 5th April. We got the quote pricing back on 11st April saying it cost more than $400 because both the top unit was broken and bottom unit was in poor condition. We emailed back saying that price is higher than our budget comparing with buying a new one. So we decide to take the toaster back, and happily paid more than $70 for servicing fees. But when we bring it back home, we realised that the electricity cord was cut. We called the technician and he said by law he cannot let us use this toaster as it is dangerous. As a customer, we feel like we should be advised with what happened. At least if you advise us before you cut the cord, or when we come to collect it, it would be different. In this case, we can bring it to different technician and get a more reasonable price to fix it, or whatever we do with it, it is our decision. So we just paid $70 for repairing" a half functional
