Blazing Saddles

I been chasing 16 months old boy helmet and a lot of bike shops would say yes we have in stock. Upon arrival they don’t have. Blazing on the other hand was honest up front and explained what need to be a perfect fit and the type of helmets require for my little boy. Loved their honesty and customer services. Thank you gents for your help, very happy with the toddler helmet.

Really lovely proprietor who can’t do enough for customers - so easy to deal with on all occasions I’ve been in there and reasonably ably priced.

When not stressed out the owner Gary is a top bloke and so helpful. Ive got many bikes from him in the past and he is the go to man if you want a quality bike.

All I wanted to do was have someone fit a rear rack to my mountain bike for a trail I'm about to set out on. They wouldn't do it no matter how many times I pleaded. They kept encouraging me to do it myself and told me to watch YouTube Videos to teach me. After digging further they finally told me the dropper post was the reason and they don't like the complications dropper posts cause them. We ended up with them giving me the parts they suggested I use, and I went to another bike store for help. They ended laughing at their suggestion while they sorted out exactly what I wanted and needed. I've given two stars because the bloke was friendly and polite but for someone who is willing to pay top dollar something to be taken care of, this place doesn't appear to be too concerned with money or return business.

Popped in close to closing time on a Saturday for two new inner tubes. Gary was very helpful and fitted them in 15 minutes - highly recommend.

Honest and helpful – highly recommend! Just took my son's bike in to be fixed. The front brake had broken. Other shops either couldn't fit me in on the day or quoted X amount of dollars to repair. Rang Blazing Saddles. They said bring it in and we'll show you what has happened and what to do if it happens again.... and no charge to fix it!! AMAZING SERVICE!! Other bike shops don't offer to show you how to fix it yourself. Keep up the good work, guys!

10/10 customer service. Went here for a second opinion after another shop in Osborne Park told me that my tyres are damaged and need to be replaced urgently. They basically took advantage of a beginner cyclist.Turns out there was no thread wear or damage at all. The owner also took time to explain a few important basics to me and oiled my bike. Thank you!
