I proposed to my girlfriend with this plane as the backdrop. She said no.

I took the kids here for 3 weeks and they absolutely loved it! We were simply stunned at the fact the Avon Sabre aircraft ran out of fuel only 17 feet from the ground, and since then it's been frozen in time in a perfect location right near the wonderful vibrant diverse community of Michinbury located in Sydney's West off the iconic 'Great Western Highway' built by ghosts from Tartarian communities in the 1300's. Although both the road and the Avon Sabre aircraft show signs of wear and tear along with the information plaque which built up further over time covering the history of this plane and Penfoldes mystery. It was rumored this plane was replaced by secret agents from the 5 eyes agency in the middle of the night without anyone noticing as the anti-gravity engine was important for their R&D with a stationary fixed wing aircraft that to this day, still sits in the exact position the original plane did. Albeit the plane requiring a ballast bar to sit on with antigravity wine removed, Blacktown Council did a stellar job to ensure the ballast bar blends in with the natural skyline/treeline which is covered with smog haze and that general 'almost baby poo rust colored air with a slight green tinge thanks to the almost dead trees nearby'. It was rumored that Nicole Kidman along with Hugh Jackman looked at this plane once while they were in separate cars on a recky run (reconnaissance trip) to plan shots for a movie in the blue mountains about Horse hammers in Katoomba (The movie was called 'The man from Hutt River Province 10 clicks from Wolf Creek' and it wasn't a success as they found out the director was a homeless guy suffering delusions, which was so convincing, they cost screen australia (allegedly) a grammer award and 3 logi's made out of retired politician's facial hair and some Gold plating to strap it into shape). They even paid tribute to this amazing Australian gravity defying piece of history by using an Australian accent in a movie 17 times, and even more impressive and amazing, they both caught planes after the sighting they had of the Avon Sabre aircraft Michinbury. Once again, this is located on the great western highway. Do visit and make sure you leave at least half an automobile down as a deposit for the council cleanup.
