Wedderburn Goldseeker Motel

The motel is quite old and a bit tired but did appear to be clean and the bed was comfortable.No one in reception so I had to call a mobile to book in.Always check their web site for latest prices.We arrived at 2:00pm,They asked me for $135.00, I said “your web site says $115.00” which they matchedBy 4:00pm the web site price was down to $99.00

Very clean rooms, the staff are very friendly and the meals in the motel are very nice,homecooked meals.

The room was very clean and the owner was very friendly and polite the location is great there's also a restaurant on the premises.

The owner of this motel is so friendly and professional. The rooms are clean and refreshing,The breakfast is value for money.I would highly recommend. I have friends from Melbourne who have stayed at this motel, They love it.

Rooms were clean but a little dated. Enjoyed the stay there. All advertising stated there was a cafe on site which was closed. Neither here nor there for us as there was enough options nearby for meals. They probably missed out on a few hundred dollars from us as we would have eaten there had it been available.

Friendly staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. Good shower pressure and hot water. Will definitely stay again.

Such a lovely stay, our room had been freshly painted and the bathroom facilities were modern and clean. A nice and comfortable place to stop when on the road, and the motel manager was so accomodating.

The Customer service was amazingGreeted by owner on arrival and had a chat. Had an amazing meal in restaurant at front of motel. I had rump steak chips and veg and it was all cooked to perfection. The room is surprisingly large and very clean.Would definitely stay here again.Thanks to Ronan and all the staff.

There was Mould on the Window seal , Very noisy visitors on the Friday night well after midnight. Entered our room without our permission to restock the 2 little milk we used and still had 4 left for the next morning so it didn't need refilling . One of the towels had something on it that didnt look very nice at all was not cleaned , very disappointing wont be staying there again

Wedderburn Goldseeker Motel was an easy, comfortable experience for us. The owner Rohan goes out of his way to accommodate you and is very keen to help and hear you thoughts. The room was extremely clean, even though the decor is old-school and somewhat dated. The kitchenette had a great fridge, some crockery, a jug and a microwave. The air conditioner worked very well and was easy to use. You will need to take your own hair dryer if you need one but plenty of toiletries were provided. The staff were super friendly and really added that personal touch. The breakfast is definitely worth it - probably one of the tastiest we've had in a while and the coffee was nice. It was great to see extra pillows provided. There is a wonderful country pub a few hundred meters down the road which has that welcoming, friendly feel. The publican is lovely and engaging and happy to chat. The meals there were HUGE and finished off nicely with the old fashioned sticky date pudding and vanilla ice-cream. If you want a clean, quiet and comfortable place to stay without any complications, this is the one.
