Absolutely amazing service from Alex and the team. Our school freezer died and Alex managed to go above and beyond in sourcing and delivering an upgraded model the very next day, meaning our service wasn't interrupted. After searching far and wide myself, in future I will go direct to CKE for help.

The lady answering the phones is vile, immature and very unprofessional. Borderline threatened me via text messages after I hang up on her. I was a returning customer, but I will be taking my business elsewhere.
