DO NOT BUY THESE APARTMENTS!! Hickory are the builders and they are very dodgy. They had multiple lawsuits against them and they split their company into Hickery and H Group and out all the lawsuits under the H Group and went into voluntary administration. Their work is not regulation and they are unethical. They didn't even have anyone locked in to build the pool at the Hawthorn Park apartments. Buying anything from Hickory will only end in heartbreak. If I could give them negative stars I would.

I’ve no idea of the standard of building but the design is stunning! However, why are some of your workers not wearing masks plus wandering to their cars, and up the street, without a mask??

I own an apartment in Hawthorn Park and apart from their fabulous marketing and videos, the entire complex is extremely disappointing. If I can sell my apartment I will and never deal with Hickory group again. FOR POTENTIAL BUYERS: you can see marked holes everywhere in the 5th floor where the sky pool is which are not rendered and across every single tower when you look out at your balcony (see photo). Gym and yoga is okay. Also the basement leaks water!! (see photos).I have spoken to many tenants who all pre bought and moved in and not 1 single person's apartment doesn't have a defect!!! For a 1-2mil apartment plus extras, I can do without the swimming pool, BBQ area, gym and yoga. Residents need to put coins to use the BBQ!! (see photo). Even in parks they are FREE within the Hawthorn East area. Lived in the City of Camberwell my entire life and it's most disappointing. Real slip shot work by Hickory and Dahua for rushing to collect money from people who had prebooked their apartments!! Especially after Covid delay. Moreover for elderly residents, they aren't able to see the timber floor board that have dents or paint on themHawthorn Park is definitely not suitable as a permanent residence but more as a 2nd home that is treated like a hotel as in just to sleep, use microwave, watch TV and facilities for the weekend. Great for large overseas companies to buy and deduct tax instead of staying in hotels especially when there's a meeting function room on 5th floor.
