Oh my glutes!Oh my abs!Oh my thighs!Oh my, what a wonderful place I have found. Studio Pilates has opened at Pelican Waters and joining has been the best thing I have done for myself for years. Each session is different, but feels like my whole body gets a work out.The staff are a great mix of encouraging and challenging. They greet us each day and check how we are progressing. I already feel like part of a family

Studio Pilates International Pelican Waters
This studio is fabulous. Decor, equipment and hygiene are fantastic. Classes are challenging but the friendly instructors are all knowledgeable and offer hands on support to ensure you get the most out of the exercises without risk of injury. The booking app is convenient to use and there are numerous classes with times to suit those early birds to those night owl exercisers.

Absolutely beautiful studio. The staff and clients are very friendly and welcoming and I absolutely love that I’m being challenged. Easy location for parking. Great instructors. Great classes. Amazing energy in studio. Cannot recommend highly enough.

What a great way to exercise, I had never tried Reformer Pilates so the Introductory offer was a good way to start. The staff have all been extremely helpful and supportive in helping me learn the techniques. After only nine sessions I am already feeling stronger in my core.

Studio Pilates International Pelican Waters
I haven’t been to exercise classes for at least 15 yrs -probably longer. I thought I would check out the new Reformer Pilates at Pelican Waters just for a laugh. I was really nervous that I would make a fool of myself. I went along filled with trepidation. I have now completed the first 6 classes and I absolutely love it. I feel so much more flexible. Climbing stairs is no longer a problem. The girls are so supportive and encouraging and constantly checking positioning and posture on the apparatus to make we don’t get hurt. No matter your fitness level get off your derrière and give it a go. You won’t be sorry!!

Excellent!Studio Pilates International at Pelican Waters provide an excellent exercise experience. From the on-screen demonstration as you move through the program, accompanied by great instructor supervision, teaching and correction, reformer pilates exercises those muscle groups that you don't realise are there. Targeting the whole body and working all muscles, including the underlying ones that support the larger muscles that we often see, Studio Pilates International builds lean and strong bodies.A great studio and environment to achieve better health and fitness! I am really enjoying the Pelican Waters Studio Pilates experience. The sessions are varied and the instructors are excellent. They take the time to make sure you are doing exercise correctly. I would recommend!
