This place really cares for your little fur friend. Went in for a snip, and the staff were all friendly, thougher, and helpful. Explaining everything right doen to the risks. Aftercare is just as wonderful. Rang the day after seeing how fur baby was recovering. Safe to say we will be returning again.

Nice caring environment through all aspects of our apartment. The vet took his time and made care the priority not fitting to a schedule.

Have been going here with our pets for over 10 years now and other vets do not compare! We trialed a closer vet when moving house and another when we were unable to get an appointment and the service and knowledge was no where near as good. My beagle began having seizures and the Dr Hayden was amazing with him! Gave wonderful advice, did the tests necessary and the medication given has made him a happier and seizure free dog! Always feel I can walk out with my fur baby and feel listened to and given the best advice, plus the fees are standard if not below average (not that it matters when it comes to pets)

First visit to this vet. Very impressive. Premises were very clean. Staff were very competent and friendly. Dog needed dental procedure. Quote given was explained fully and accurate. After care was great, and follow up next day via SMS and phone call day after was great. Would thoroughly recommend and I have now changed vets!

The Greencross Diamond Creek team totally exceeded our expectations of care and emotional support. They helped with respite care after our dogs spinal surgery and gave the most wonderful support when we eventually had to say goodbye to him. Such personal touches.Thank you

When my dog got sick, the Diamond Creek Team was the only one that made an effort to squeeze her into the appointments and offer help. My dog received the best treatment and she is still under their care. We are no longer going back to our previous vet clinic, we are happy to continue coming to our visits here with this outstanding team. Thank you for your hard work, I'm very grateful for everything you guys have done for Maia.
