Phone screen was fixed within 2 hours but when picking it up, they tried charging me double of what I owed until I questioned it.Wasn't until the next day I noticed that my camera wasn't working properly so then had to make another 2 trips into the town to drop off for another 2 hours and come back to pick it up. Got a poor opolgy for there being dust in the camera that they hadn't cleaned properly before putting the phone back together initially.Very unprofessional to reply saying an accusation isn't fair

Roberto was incredibly professional and helpful. I came in on Monday with a broken IPhone 11 camera and torch, he was able to order the parts and have my phone fixed up within an hour on the Wednesday. My phone works perfectly! Have had issues in the past with other repair shops but this one I will be recommending to everyone.

Replacing my Samsung Galaxy S10+ screen was no problem at all for Roberto. He fixed it very quickly and without fuss. Other phone repair shops gave me a long list of excuses saying the parts were OOS or it was too expensive to fix so I should just get a new phone! While it was pricey, (due to the style of screen) it definitely wasn't comparable to the price of a new phone!I will definitely be a returning customer if I have any tech issues in the future. Great, reliable service.
