Michelle Wilde has been our property manager for a few years. We signed up the contract as she seemed to be professional in the first few meetings. I was having a baby so I trusted that Michelle was doing her job to manage our property as contracted. But we were wrong. I always had to ask her about the routine inspections' reports while she contracted to do it 3 times a year. When we informed Michelle that we wished to nominate a new agent to manage the property, she used her in-house cleaner to do a poor cleaning job at the property, not a proper bond clean. The property was poorly managed as furnitures were badly worn and stained only after 1-2 years. We requested her to hold the bond until we sorted it out but she walked away and ignored us, taking no responsibility about the poor cleaning and damages to our property.We had to get rid of some furnitures and did another bond clean for the property which have caused some delays in finding a new tenant. It meant that we lost some weeks of rent thanks to Michelle's unprofessional and unethical acts.It was a painful experience. And so we cannot recommend Michelle Wilde at all to any owners or renters.

Michelle has been looking after the management of our Investment property for a few years now. However in the past month or so it has come to my attention she is spreading false information to clients and has become rude in her conversations to both myself and clients. Sad to see this relationship deteriorate, will no longer be continuing our partnership. Would not recommend.

Michelle has been my property manager for 12 years. She has consistently had mine and the tenants' best interests at heart. Initially, as a female overseas owner, I relied heavily on her guidance. She has continually gone above and beyond to help and advise in regards to the property. Having had a long term maintenance issue at the property, Michelle stood by my side attending Body Corporate meetings on my behalf liaising with insurance companies, dealing with uncooperative builders whilst always ensuring my tenants were looked after. She has made sure that my lack of experience owning real estate was not taken advantage of. Her professionalism has been outstanding. I really cannot recommend her highly enough.
