Recently used Silva for a company dinner for 100 people - Customer service was fantastic, very helpful even when i had to adjust our order a few times. Everyone loved the food! The two gentlemen who delivered and served the food were absolutely lovely, couldn’t have asked for anything more! Would definitely use again and recommend

The food and service were great. Very delicious – everyone was shocked at how much food we had and the variety we had. They said it was the best Christmas lunch we have ever had. The staff were beautiful and friendly and we were really impressed with how well she fit in to the day. Definitely be using you again!

We had Silva Service Spit Roast Catering run a buffet for my wedding in November, and it was amazing! Everyone enjoyed the food, and mentioned how lovely the serving staff were. The prices were reasonable; portions generous; and the food was of great quality and full of flavour. We really appreciated the friendliness and professionalism of the staff led by Noeleen and Dominic. Used this company to cater for my 50th birthday party. Had a lot of issues with the food and service including not getting the food we paid for and instead cheaper products and instead of mud cake for dessert we got a stale sponge cake with pink icing and sprinkles like for a childs' party. Emailed them about our concerns for their own quality management and to ask for a partial refund for the dessert we did not get at all. Never had a response and it is over 4 months later. Also be aware that they will leave you with anything that is cheap and inedible and take any food that was good with them when they leave without any discussion. I was very disappointed as I had really been looking forward to good food and some leftovers. Very expensive compared to most other companies and certainly for what we got. For example the burgers were like cheap frozen ones you would buy at the supermarket and the potatoes were overcooked to the point of being saturated with water. Still I would not have left a bad review if they had at least had the courtesy to respond to me. Hence the one star (may have been 2-3 otherwise).

The food was amazing! We had some canapes and the premium spit roast catering for our wedding and everything was delicious. Great quality food, the meat was delicious and the customer service was exceptional. Very friendly group.

Just wanted to say what a great experience we've had with Silva Catering for my boyfriends surprise party over the weekend for 40 people!The enquiry process, payment and response times were easy to work with and couldn't thank Sheryl enough for all the help in answering all our questions and concerns.We were so impressed with the timeliness of Lily, her professionalism and service on the day of the event. She was a joy to have and extremely lovely girl - we were also impressed with her ability to back up the ute into the angled drive way!The food was impeccable, could not have asked for better quality food - all our guests couldn't wait for 2nd or 3rd servings, and the amount of food was just great! Vegetarian Lasagne was a hit, but I couldn't go past the roast beef, potatoes and fresh bread rolls!I loved the whole experience with Silva Service Catering and really couldn't recommend them more! Looking forward to our next catered event, we'll definitely be calling Silva Service!

We booked Silva Service Catering for a recent Christmas Function for about 75 people. The service leading up to the event was outstanding, particularly Corey who was happy to answer any questions (silly or not). Information provided to us was thorough with everything we needed to know. On the day of the function, staff arrived promptly on time and went about setting up and going about their business with minimal fuss or interruption. Service staff were fantastic - professional, polite and helpful. The food served was amazing, meat, vegetables and salads were all delicious, not to mention the desserts - amazing!!!!! There was a huge amount of food leftover, which kept us going all afternoon. Feedback from all guests was amazing, and we highly recommend Silva Service Catering for anybody having a function in the future. We are already discussing making bookings for next Christmas :-) :-) :-)
