Marshall's Removals & Storage

I can't recommend these guys more highly. They are absolutely amazing, professional, fast, friendly. I was in shock at how quickly and efficiently they moved our 4 bedroom house. 150% recommend Marshall's Removals and Storage. I'm really bad with names and would love to personally thank the guys individually but can't. Please pass on my absolute thanks to the guys that moved us from Harkness to Brookfield on the 4th March

Bennett went over and above to assist us with our move. He stored all our gear to align with our dates and even when we realised we needed an extra truck he made it happen quickly. The boys were amazing at both ends. Really friendly and careful with our things. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to move. Thanks again boys.

My Aunty and Uncle used this company because they were advised they were reliable. The owner was polite however, on the day of moving there was supposed to be 4 removalists and only two turned up. One of the removalists was lazy and didn’t do much at all. Upon unpacking their boxes they found many damaged items. Some furniture items were damaged, scratched and dinted. Once they were finished and the bill was written up my Aunty was devastated with the cost. It was double the spoken price.They contacted the owner and he said there was nothing he could do about the damage because their items were not ‘packed by a professional packing company’, If this is the case it should be stated in writing when being hired by the client. All their furniture and items were wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in boxes. They were even told that their wrapping was ‘professional like’. It is highly disappointing when you pay for a service and trust the company with your personal belongings only to find that they don’t show any empathy or care in their profession. I will not be recommending this company to anyone in the future as they were highly unprofessional!

We had Bennett and Graham help us with a three-way move, from Niddrie to Portarlington and airport west. We were very happy with Marshall's, the guys were really professional, took good care in every respect, and nothing was too much trouble. Moving is always exhausting however, Bennett and Graham made the whole experience much much easier. Thanks guys

I used these guys years ago, and with my recent move, had no hesitation in calling them again. They moved me out in one hour and move me in in another hour not through rushing though . It’s such great management and care, and nothing was too much trouble. They are always extremely professional friendly and genuinely a great team. Give them nothing, but the highest score possible in ratings with no hesitation

Oh my goodness, Marshall's are FABULOUS! From the get-go of making my booking, all the way to moving house...their response was very fast and informative, no messing around...and the move on the day, the 2 young lads Ben and another (sorry I didn't even get names), were the most lovely men and man, did they work their butts off!
