Your customer service is unbelievable! Called to ask for recommended retailers to order your product from and got a robot like woman telling me:-You have to call them and find out.-Call who? Will you recommend someone so I can call them?- I'm not sure, you have to find your local cabinet maker and call them.- But how do I know which cabinet maker offers your product, can you recommend someone?- No, you have to call them and find out.Seriously guys, is this some sort of a joke? I look at your website, I want to order your product, who do I call? It's a simple question!

Did not last 6 months !They advertise their compact laminate products as impervious to water and suitable for the harshest environment". Except they forget to mention

A fair bit of negative reviews but an honest review from a person doing business for the past 10 years. Everything was business as usual before covid. Before covid : all calls were answered by rep and even now. Customer contact across all departments doors, panels and accounts are excellent and friendly. I do admit some expectations of mine such as wait time have frustrated me in the past and availability issues including lead times that where blown out by square meter manufacturing per person rules for safety. Another downside I have had but understand from business decision is PICK-ups closed. I have had to either arrange delivery or find alternative. Product wise I can comment I have never had an issue with quality. Products have kept up with their purpose. I would say if others are offering the notification that is so valuable and does put owners in a good motion of feeling in touch and that the company is not running autonomously rouge, which is Annoying. Looking forward when pick-ups are back and I can go as per usual business again.Pick-ups are annoying but I do come when I want and thats rolling the dice cause they have to also serve everyone that decides to come anytime like me.

Our first choice bench top from Polytec was very poor quality. Everything placed on it left a ring or mark and the marks were impossible to clean off. After initially being reluctant, the rep finally agreed that it wasn’t fit for purpose and it was replaced. We chose a different finish and it is slightly better but after 12 months it is scratched and marked despite extreme care being taken. I would definitely NOT recommend this product.

I was noticed there is stock. So I made order and made full payment. After a week, I ring sales about my order, she told me there isn't stock until next week. Well done polytec.

Booked for delivery in the AM. I called up in the morning to check the status and one of the staffs said it will arrive before 12PM. At 2:20PM called up again to follow up, they said on the way unable to give me a ETA. SO DISSAPOINTED and UNPROFESSIONAL unlike Timber Wood or Laminex they will send out delivery notification in the AM so their client would know what is going. From a builder and cabinet maker""

Our local rep, Michael Deans, was an absolute superstar! He had our board ready quicker than scheduled and was quick to respond to every query and call.Can't recommend these guys enough.
