Inconsiderate drivers blocking hotel access for guests/deliveries whilst unloading large airline groups in the street instead of using dedicated driveway and bus zones. Rang company to provide feedback and was disappointed my concern for safety was disregarded by their customer service agent Rodney. Offered more excuses than genuine concern or safety improvement.

Adelaide Coachlines took our group to the Barossa. Our driver was knowledgeable about the region, friendly and helpful. I had some quotes from other bus companies, and Adelaide Coachlines was by far the most competitively priced. Also received prompt and friendly service from Kate in the office by both phone and email. I would confidently recommend Adelaide Coachlines. Thanks for a fantastic day out!

Adelaide Coachlines took our group to Melbourne and back over the weekend. With a bus full of noisy teenage kids Jeffrey (the bus driver) was absolutely awesome accomodating for frequent stops and got us there and back safe and sound.Massive Thank you to Jeffrey and Adelaide Coachlines team.

What a great day our group had, did a tour to Monarto Zoo and then on to Melba’s Chocolate Factory. A fantastic driver who gave us a commentary along the way and answered all of our questions. Would highly recommend this company for any outings.
