Very happy with the response I got from the tech team at Freedom. I sent an email stating that my download speed was slow. They did something at there end and now my download speed is back to what I pay for . Thank you Freedom

I am a happy customer of Freedom Internet. I have been with them for several years now, in my previous apartment and my current apartment. Hassle free connection and their customer service is amazing. If you have a problem they are easy to contact and they are quick to fix it.

I can't stress enough... DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME WITH THIS SERVICE!!Seriously the worst company I have ever dealt with, when the company 1st started it was called wires and they were absolutely amazing!But the last few years has been disgusting.. constant drop outs, it's taken me over 3 yrs to get them to sort it for me,, I was also told over the phone that I could receive a small discount for for the lack of service, only now to be told they won't give me me any...I can't stress enough... DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME WITH THIS SERVICE!!

I get good speed throughout the day for work from home purposes and also great for streaming movies or shows across YouTube, Prime Video or Netflix. We signed up with Freedom Internet as our Wifi provider and they were prompt, fast, friendly and really efficient. Went above and beyond in letting me create my own password so I didnt have to use the long and complicated one on the box. I would recommend this company.

If I could give this business no stars, I would. I have been trying to cancel my account and it's been the most difficult thing in the world. Firstly you can't log into any web app to just stop payments - they have this option it seems, but I was never given these details- when I use my details it says my account doesn't exist. Whenever you call their operators are busy, if they call you back they tell you they can't help you with your issue and there's no one they can transfer you to who will. When you use the website contact form you never get an actual reply- just a standard bot response. It's expensive, 'support' is lacking and trying to get them to do their one job seems impossible. I've had ongoing drop out issues over the time I've been with this company and they charge so much for a mediocre product and awful service. I dislike complaining, but when I finally got through to someone who said my account had been canceled after multiple attempts - a payment come out the day after. Incompetent, annoying and incredibly frustrating. Avoid at all costs.

Such a great service. I called them and explained my situation which was about the router power or a connection issue. They got back to me the next day and fixed the problem. I could still connect to their shared internet while waiting for my apartments connection to be fixed and I was online in my apartment in less than 24 hours. The tech gentlemen was such a great person to help us out so quiet and fast. Thanks.

The internet connection is great. I am really happy with Freedom. The staff are very professional and efficient if you need anything. Great customer service.
