I was refused a refund when I came here by an older lady because it wasn’t purchased from the Bankstown store, even though it was within the refund period.If it was policy to refund at the original store I wouldn’t mind but she never mentioned it was a company policy she just didn’t want to accept my refund. Very unhappy with this service.

Waited for 6 months to get a replacement necklace. Lucky I went into the store because every time I called they would tell me it wasn't in. Even was I went in they said it hadn't arrived and I asked them to check again and low and behold they found it. The manager was very accommodating but the rest of the staff are sub-par and disinterested in customers. Honestly if it wasn't for the manager I would give 1 star.

Have visited and purchased many times. They have great sale most of the season.Only thing lagging was, my $100 voucher was not redeemed by mistake of one staff from Parramatta Branch.

Partner and I purchased a set of rings from them for our ceremony 2 weeks ago. We were promised that we will get this by then. We did get a set of rings 1 was correct and the other wasn't. This was a very special ring for us and we stressed this and they still got this wrong. Now we have to wait 2 - 3 weeks for the correct one. Not even sure if they will still have the correct one. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

The staff were nice and helpful. They were about to close and let me know that had 20 minutes. I didnt see any frustration on their face that you might see in most places when you go at closing time. They helped me to show the watches and did suggestive selling and option available. They even convince me on providing more info after selling. They even try to sell extra showing items on offer.The owner should reward those two staff to keep them motivated and great service.

It was a disgraceful purchase. They don't honour their terms and conditions. The website says 14 days of refund but I was refused after 6 days. I was given a display item (like other jewellers) but when I went to return, they told me that it is used. I won't recommend this place.

On Sunday an older lady told us the bracelet i wanted wasnt in stock anywhere but in melbourne and that she would have to get it shipped to the store. Then she starts saying that she needs to wait to get shipment from overseas and it will take 2 weeks. Told me to not order online as it would take the same amount of time, however i ordered with express shipping and its arrived already. Astafirullagh its disgusting to lie to customers just to get a sale. If they tell you a lie like this just order online.

We came to return a bracelet on the 14th day after buying it. The old lady immediately said it was worn and could not be refunded without even inspecting it. We explained it was only taken out of the box and put back once we realised it doesn't fit, it has not been worn AT ALL.She was extremely dismissive and hostile.Absolutely ridiculous to treat customers this way. Currently we are seeking help via email to their support service, if that cannot help we will be contacting the ACCC to see what we can do.
