Clarissa is one of the BEST TRAINERS that I know. I too am a Bootcamp instructor at several other locations in sydney, Clarissas commitment to her Clients and Busineess is amazing. She is tough but fair and gets the results that you want. Don't be afraid of the word bootcamp as in today's world it just means EXTERNAL INSPIRATION

Started with V&B Athletic a few months ago and love the encouragement and support provided. I am not super fast these days but I always feel like I am part of the team and am always challenged in sessions. Coach Jase modifies sessions if required to suit my ability. Looking forward to 2021!
