In the middle of completing a 6 inch sub order, another customer arrives, the server stops my order and proceeds to serve the new customer. When I stated that this is rude, server continued to serve the new customer who had just entered. And stated just 2 minutes madam.I could have understood if I had a large order but to stop making 1 sub to serve a customer who had just entered I find extremely rude.My 6 inch meatball sub had 4 of the tiniest meatballs, not sure if thus is just Kingswood or subway cost cutting.

currently cooking up the bacon and the “extra bacon” from my footlong sub. what a joke. this is in total probably half a big piece of bacon. not cooked or toasted at all. $15 for a BLT - pretty hard to mess up a BLT but here we are

When I said I wanted just Lettuce, Spinach and Carrot on my sub, Allwen put tomato on it which i am deathly allergic to. When informed, she pulled the tomato off, squished it, and flicked the lettuce stuck to the tomato BACK ONTO THE SUB. I was genuinely speechless. She then got super upset when I asked to add a drink onto my order before paying (literally dont know why) and then proceeded to give me a burnt cookie. I have been served by a 3 year old with more enthusiasm.

Lady sneezed while preparing my food. Raised the issue and didn’t offer to re make. Put in a compliant via the online form and never heard back from customer service. Disgraceful.

Probably the worst subway in the area. Staff aren’t even aware that you ordered on their app. I have to wait up to 15 mins to get my order even tho I ordered on the app. The last time I’m coming here for sure. Better off travelling further to get it. And the subway was below average to be honest. Worst subway experience

there was a trainee on today. pls reconsider your hiring process because the trainee showed unprofessional customer service and unhygienic food handling. she continuously made mistakes whilst making my order, which is fine since mistakes happen, however it was the service in which i received that put me in complete shock. verbal abuse about my sub choices as well as making fun of my appearance is not something i would assume you teach your employees. i dont even know if she was a trainee or not, but with the way she handled dealing with customers, i would say she was probably fresh out the womb since she couldn't form proper sentences to speak in a polite manner. very very upset with my experience today at subway kingswood great western highway today.

Last week , I visited subway kingswood and got very good hospitality from the staff. The food was tasted very good. I got good suggestions from Alwin regarding the food items and its unique flavour and taste etc. The staff greeted me with cheerfulness and guided me in a proper way.
