I think its very discourteous to switch the phone to a fax machine , supposedly when they are busy!! most businesses use an answering system telling people they arent taking calls until a certain time!!

Can't even get through on the phone. The fax machine picks up.

The staff are wonderful and very helpful. They deserve a cleaner environment though. The place had a bad dust smell coming from the air-conditioning system and carpet. The carpet was very dirty and worn out. Please clean the air-conditioning and carpet for the staff to work without the dusty smell. It was awful.

Blood test was quick and easy friendly service.

29 weeks pregnant gone in for my glucose test and waited my 2 hours patiently of about 8 separate blood tests for the lady to not be gentle at all with her needles as i felt her tear the skin doing my last two bloods! as it was over I had walked over and sat in my car and blood started pouring down my arm, I went back in waiting… the lady that did my bloods already gone home and had someone else patch me up to see what looks like my needles have done more than opened my vain. (This is not to all staff but I will say I had a glucose test in the early stage of my pregnancy at this same facility and both older ladies that did my bloods were not gentle at all with their handy work, actually makes me scared to come back to you guys) I am home now getting the blood out of my pants, shoes and car all while not supposed to be doing anything with the arm that’s sore/bleeding and bruised…. ( I’m not the type of person to complain about anything and I can tolerate pain but this was ridiculous) sorry for photos just want some sort of proof

Didn't even acknowledges me and let a person straight in even though I'd been sitting there for 15 min very disappointing to see people can be so rude this day and age..
