FRAUD. BEWARE...I had horrible experience with them. Extreme delays and pathetic customer communication and service.I had ordered custom-made prayer room furniture and paid the advance in June 2021, with an understanding that it would be delivered in 4-5 months' time. I was also told that they generally deliver within 2-3 months, but because of COVID it will take them longer.It has been 8 months now and still nothing has been delivered. I have spoken to them (Kawi and Sanjeev) mutliple times and since September, they have just been saying that it has already been loaded into a container and it expected to arrive that same month. And the same message continued every month since then.I finally lost my patience in December and asked them to refund my advance. Here too, I was told it will be refunded the same day, but it has been two months since, and they havent refunded the money.Now they have stopped taking my calls or responding to messages. They have left me no option but to approach ombudsman.

bed is very comfortable. I tried many furniture stores but nowhere found a perfcet combination of quality + look. Got early delivery and assembly was very quick. Loved the brand.

Extremely disappointing service!!We have placed an order for custom made Mandir in April 2021 and paid the deposit. Expected delivery was in 3-4 months. We haven't got the product yet.By end of 2021, we have approached VCAT and the business mentioned to VACT that the product will be delivered by April 2022. No product or update yet, and VCAT advised us to start legal proceeding.I have put a review with the details on their Facebook page. Have noticed multiple similar review at that time and it seems like there are multiple people with the same experience with this business. After few weeks their Facebook page itself was taken down.Overall, it has been 14 months and we still don't have our furniture or any update. They have stopped responding to our calls or messages long back. So doesn't look like they have any intention to deliver the product or return our deposit.

ONLY IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARSHuge delays and extremely poor communication.We had placed an order for the a custom prayer room furniture around March 2021 and were told it will be delivered in next 3 months.We followed up multiple times, first it was COVID Delays, then container being stuck in Singapore. Then we stopped getting any updatesMy wife left a poor review on their facebook page after which they requested us to take down the review and promised to provide regular updated. We obliged.In January 2022 they informed that our furniture is in Melbourne and will be delivered next week.Overall it has been 12 months but no real update and we still don't have our furniture

Extreme delays in delivery and poor customer communication. The product was due to be delivered during the month of Jan 21 and still awaiting its delivery. Require continuous calling to keep a track of the status.Cannot comment on the quality until the product arrives.----------------------------------------------------Update:The product arrived after some delays in May 2021. I understand the delays were due to covid period.Overall experience was very satisfying as the pooja mandir was exactly to our preference and fitted our place aptly. The delivery team ensured that the mandir was placed in its location safely. Friendly and polite staff. Highly recommend Per Square Metre for good quality products and service.

i am from truganina. per square meter furniture are time waster. after long waiting you will not get your product. we ordered the bed 1.5 yrs ago . i got damaged bed and still side tables and sofa chair are missing. owner never oick up phone as he thinks that customer depend upon them.dont waste your time to buy with them at the end you wont get your full material even after long waiting and full payment made. very poor customer service. better to go with preet furniture or other companies. other companies look after customers.this is true and honest review. dont trap and waste your money. you wont get customer service. shop owner dont make communication with customers at all. never pick your phone after make full payment. shop owner take customers granted after payment. owner think that he is doing favour on customers.my advice is that dont waste your time with this shop as they wont pick your call. this is a honest review . so dont make bad choice by choosing per square meter.
