Small shop compared to others but very helpful staff who will take time to advise me.Shop needs to be bigger so you can talk without other people hearing your inabilities.Nonetheless I will still keep going there best service in newcastle

Very limited range of ammunition and firearms, prices are higher then elsewhere too. The blokes seemed nice enough. Not sure why you’d go here when Arms And Ammo is a 5 min drive away and has significantly more to choose from plus friendly staff.

At first not real helpful but a year later those staff were dismissed, now the manager and 2 other staff were more than helpful especially with exchange of ammunition I was wrongly sold. I recommend them highly for anyone who has a firearms license and wants gear. Thank you Thornton firearm employees
