Usually I don't complain and didn't have any issue with Soulorigin and used to get foods and coffee, but have to say, bought coffee at soul origin level 2 today, coffee was nice but very unpleasant staff, a young asian lady, was rude with a grimace face, seems that we did something wrong, I don't know if she had a bad day or whatever reason, it is not right to be rude toward customers. Never going to buy anything from this shop.

Best coffee in all of highpoint, possibly Melbourne. Coffee was very smooth and flavourful. Excellent service too, Alvin is always friendly and happy to have a chat. Definitely my favourite coffee place!

I ordered a regular salad - 1/2 buffalo chicken , 1/2 chicken pasta saladThe buffalo salad had 1 piece of chicken as the staff member took salad from underneath the layer of chicken sitting on top!I ordered this salad specifically for chicken with the salad, if I wanted a veg salad I would have ordered one.I’m very disappointed, and this has also happened at a number of other Soul Origin stores!If this is your policy - change it!

Is it so hard to give just a bit of customer service? The little girl who served me today did not say a single word to me. Not even a smile.I ordered for takeaway and realised when I got to my car, she didn’t ask which sauce I wanted. I couldn’t be bothered going back, so I just went home and had my bland food.It’s your job, you’re getting paid, and if don’t like it, then what are you even doing there?

Healthy, quick option sandwich bar. However, they should have considered having menu options that are suitable for customers with GF, DF, and FF dietary requirements. My partner always sees me eating while he can't even have a bite.

The owner served me and got extremely angry when I couldn’t read a sign as small as an ant ! Asking for plant based shnitzel he then gave it to me cooked and demanded that I said cooked ! I think I know what I eat and how then threw the roll across the shop and continued to argue the point with me … yelling at me in front of customers and laughing at me with staff ! I’m a 60 year old lady you can imagine my embarrassment!!! He continued yelling put rude remarks while laughing with staff as I walked if ! We all have bad days but he was out of control !!! If your in a rush go there if not steer clear !
