We purchased our apartment new in November 2017 and still have issues to this day!Our kitchen sink FELL OUT due to being glued in" with clear silicone - apparently this is normal in the industryThen our AC failed after 4 years and I had to remove our kitchen cupboards to cut out the ceiling for access and found that a 40kg+ set of cabinets has been attached to the wall with 5 screws and only 2 are into a stud!Then there's the concrete

Slow, Noisy and Inconsiderate. You guys must be way behind on schedule on your lambert st, Kpoint that you have to start back on the 2nd 2019 while all other construction companies and taking the usual 2 week off holiday and working needing to work straight from 6:30am to 6:30pm.

Terrible build quality in new Sunshine Coast based units.We’re the first tenants to live in our particular unit - in less than 3 months we’ve had 2 lots of plumbers come through running cameras down the drains due to suspected star picket punctures or excavator damage to pipes, painters in once for paint defects (although there will surely be another visit), sparkies in to fix dodgy outlets (just today received another notice that every downlight needs to be replaced), carpet layers in to resecure half installed carpet (sprayed some adhesive in handful of spots, the guy said “nah it should be right” when asked if he was going to check all of the carpet & he simply left) & tilers in to replace very clearly chipped & cracked tiles that they busted during install.The walls arent plumb, most joinery/material joins are horrific (cabinets, skirting boards, cavity doors), some swing doors dont close properly, tiling joins are super shonky, door handles are coming loose immediately & there are countless shadows that show where roofing panels arent secured evenly (there are literally visible ‘waves’ in panels…). The aircon unit (within a walled in lightwell drying nook) is installed facing sliding glass doors which heats up half of the unit faster than the aircon can cool it down - who cares about the environment or power bills right? Not to mention very odd smells coming out of the drains since day 1. From what we’ve heard from neighbours, we have it pretty good. Atleast we havent come home to sewerage through the property, but who knows when it will be our turn.Unless you want to increase the stress of building… Do. Not. Engage.
