Fast affordable great job

DO NOT USE. Manny was extremely rude when I asked him to mow our lawn for the second time. He first told me “can’t mow your lawn, don’t ring me again”, clearly confused I wrote back asking “why this was and if something happened that I was not aware of”. I figured if something had happened, I could apologise for it and right the wrong somehow, still wondering what on earth it could be since his last visit was pleasant, he did not reply. I then wrote to him saying “thank you for your time, we will look for someone else if this is the customer service we will get” to which he replied “Invest in a goat”. Firstly, I was being genuine with my previous message. Secondly, the way he treated and spoke to me is no way to treat someone, let alone your prospective customers! There was literally no need to be that rude, it was completely uncalled for. Had he been civil with me and told me what it is that was bothering him, we may of been able to rectify the issue. However, it seems like he must be drowning in his own ignorance to be turning down good business. No respect whatsoever.

Don’t use this service. Incredibly rude and doesn’t treat his customers with respect.

Manny offered same day, good quality service. I would recommend him to others.
