Recently moved to Westbury. My 12 month old son fell and cut his head open. Westbury Medical Centre wouldn't look at him with staff noting hes not a patient and we have a waiting list". There should be a duty of care for a bleeding baby who could potentially be concussed. We had to drive to Launceston to have him looked at."
