Just tried to return an item at Castle hill store. Was told by AJ (store manager) they don't return or even provide gift voucher for online purchase made using paypal. Was told it was not COMPANY POLICY. Suggest to AJ and Surf Dive Ski to have a long hard think about how you serve customers. You are only too willing to take a payment using Paypal but not take returns!!!!

I just want to let the kids running this store that it doesn't go unnoticed when they up the price of the item at the till once the customer agreed to the price that was initially quoted. On about 2 occasions I asked 'how much is such and such sn item? They said for example "$40". When they put it through the till they say "oh no sorry it's $45
