Marijan was very helpful when my email crashed and deleted my inbox. Not only did Marijan retrieve my lost emails but he also was able to help add all of my missing categories and notifications. Marijan was very responsive and was able to clearly explain the issue. 10/10 would recommend Forward IT to everyone!

Ever since i stated work at my new place i've had to call Forward IT at least once every 10 days or more. All the staff are amazing and are such bright, wonderful characters that it makes me want to never hang up with them because they are such great people to talk to!! Every time i ring i get someone who i know and ho is always willing to help!!!!! if i could give more stars i would!

Sometimes staff are lovely and very helpful. Other times I have had rude technicians who are extremely time poor. Forward IT before partnering with with ASI was much better, it's been a bit of let down.
