When I visited found less collection in men causal wear..They have very good huge collection for shorts for men,, sweat shirt from men's,, t shirts with out collars..Also good collection of sunglasses..

Lots of good price and products. And i think it's what make it worse because you look at it and just doesn't want go through it. Sizes are all mixed up . Same as jumper are mixed with pull over or pants mixed with jumpers. So you have to have a lot of patience and will to go through it and will just make youbtired to just think about it.

Tried to refund 2 clothes just now. Showed the receipt, male white worker with white shirt was very mean and did not give the refund. I suggested checking sales history. And he snapped making a lot of rude comments, ended up with no refund and the worst retail experience in DFO.

First and foremost I would like to say Thank you to the staff who were workingyesterday ( 28th March) the staff I encountered is very helpful at all.Special mention if I’m not mistaken her name Jayde/Jade who has the best customer service interaction, she’s so lovely and her service was a top- notch !! Nowadays It is very rare to find a good staff who go above and beyond of their way to make customer feel welcome and happy . My partner and I enter and left your store extremely happy and satisfied with our shopping and mostly the service we did experience at the store …

The customer service was so bad… me and my friend wanted to pay separately but the cashier humiliated us in loud voice saying that she didnt have time infront of everyone. Never going back to this store ever

The manager in this store should not be working in retail industry. He had a bad day and he put it on the cusomters and unluckily im one of them. He refused to do my refund just because my reason isn’t what he wanted to hear . However i just bought this product in this store 5 mins ago unwore. When the policy clearly shown that” if you change your mind and the tag is still on and unwore with same conditions you can do refund” . My reason was i changed my mind and he did not accept also happy to hold up the line despite the fact that everyone was waiting and asking him to serve .
