I would not recommend this company.Rob charged $140.00 to fix a break in our reticulation. We were asked by Rob to leave it 24hrs for the glue to dry, which we did. It failed! He did come back and fix it. We booked him to do another retic. fix but he was a no show. On Saturday 14th January '23 the repair he fixed in December failed again. My husband called several times and left messages... no response. Today hubbie was forced to fix it himself. When he dug down to the repair site he was astounded by the shonky workmanship. He had used the wrong parts and taken short cuts. We were left with no other choice but to spend further money and repair it ourselves. Steer clear!!

Totally disagree with all comments above. Thinking they must have called out another Rob. I can’t recommend him enough. Nothing was to much trouble, All 3 jobs were done very fast and done with top quality products. Also very reasonably priced. Will definitely use again

He messaged me on marketplace asking to buy 5 retic controllers from me, he said he would pick them up in the afternoon. So I had them couriered to my workplace at my expense. He then deleted and blocked me account. He didn't even have the guts to message me and cancel. If I could give 0 stars I would.

He came to do a job, it wasn't completed and he then wouldn't answer any calls or messages. After blocking my number he answered and said he'd come back Friday to fix.He then cancelled Thursday saying that North of the River (Dianella) was too far and that I should get someone local to fix.I would give 0 stars if I could.
