House is still under warranty, building quality is poor, roof tiles falling off and floor boards are scarily not secured at all.. I have attempted to follow them up with warranty claims, where they are not taking any responsibility. There are evidently numerous shortcuts made around the build of the house. We have multiple exposed nails in our backyard fence and exposed pipes in the front. The worst part about this company is their inability to take responsibility, reading similar review, it is scary that they're able to freely operate.

My wife and I purchased a townhome in the Santa Rosa development late last year and moved in mid June this year. We were excited by our purchase and the building journey which was greatly assisted by Ellie from Mainline. Better still, we had no disappointments when we moved in. Again thanks to Matt and Geoff, Mainline site managers, who guided us through our inspections and moving in. Definitely 10/10.

I f I can give negative rating then I would.Forces buyer to settle prior to completion of the house. Produces occupancy certificate without electric metres installed, bathroom ceilings not painted, incomplete bathroom plumbing, kitchen built, wardrobe built, utility connections. When owner doesn’t agree for settlement because of the house is incomplete or not ready to move in then denies their requests. Forces owner to do initial inspection (prior to settlement) without any lighting and doesn’t allow owners to use their own torches or mobile lights. Abusive and threaten owners when question them on why to settle when house not competed. Warranty service doesn’t reply to your emails/phone calls regarding damage for weeks. Get reply dodgy when threatened with complaint. Sends emails saying that the tradesman visited the property to fix damage from inside. When questioned what day and time then changed date of their visit and then later changed their story that the damage was fixed from outside without occupants being aware of it. Dodgy at best. Stay away from these scammers.

I purchased in Rosebud earlier this year ( 3 months ago I moved in) and I received the most lovely call from a woman named Rachel today. She called to make sure I was happy with my home and if I had any concerns, which I don't. I was honestly so amazed that the builder took the time to call me and have a chat, not many companies make you feel so valued anymore.

During the final building inspection the downstairs master bedroom had mould on the walls and water damage due to the balcony above not having the waterproof membrane under the tiles correctly (if installed) fitted.The builder assured me the problem would be rectified.The balcony has since leaked excessively during heavy rain causing further flooding to the master bedroom, where the carpet required replacement due to water damage.On each occasion I have been met with arrogant, condescending replies and a $10 tube of silicon instead of addressing the cause of the problem. FAULTY WATERPROOF MEMBRANE UNDER THE TILES.As a new build this is unacceptable.

Fair volume builders. We built our home with them 12 months ago and so far it’s been good, with no major issues. Manager Bill was very helpful and understanding. Building can be a nightmare, so to have a good builder and tradies who do a fair job is very important. Thanks Bill and team at Mainline for your efforts and hard work in building our home.

Good value. I’ve lived in two of their builds, one rental, and one we bought recently, and they were both structurally a-ok (although in the 7yo rental the carpet hadn’t lasted well).When we built with them recently there were big errors with the tile/carpet colour, but they fixed it all before handover. Ellie, Rachelle and Site Supervisor Matt who are all helpful. Our settlement was delayed until late afternoon so Ellie even delivered the keys directly to our house so we didn’t have to wait until Monday to pick them up- so thoughtful.They are not great at communication or customer service, especially not the warranty team. When we are waiting for fixes we had to chase updates, and the Warranty team don’t come back to you until you’ve asked at least three times. Only minor repairs required so far, thank goodness!

Having built with Mainline recently, I could not be more satisfied with the end result!Ellie was great in helping me choose my internal colours!The build was completed on time as promised.I love my home, have not issues with the quality of the build - it is excellent! Everything is just as I thought it would be.It is very refreshing to find a builder like Mainline, as many of my friends have had awful experiences.If you are thinking of buying a home off the plan, then you are in good hands with Mainline.

Home is good quality, purchased in rosebud off thr plan. I didn't get to do the colour selections because I purchased later in the development. However, when they were able; they used my preferred fittings, lights and fans ect.
