Great central stopover point when accessing Oberon and/or Jenolan Caves. Bindo Forest is stunning. Gets good snowfall/ice on road in winter so 2wd cars be wary. The are 3 or 4 trails up to Mount Bindo from various access roads via Duckmaloi Rd near Millionth Acre rec area, the closest being tea tree ridge rd. 4WD vehicles only for those if you are feeling adventurous!!

Very noisey with logging trucks.Amenities are toilets only, yet clean.No tv reception, but has 1 bar of 4G mobile reception.Lotsa room, just way too noisey from traffic going to and from Oberon.

Millionth Acre Recreation Area
Beautiful place to stay relax, camp and explore the 4wd tracks nearby. Only problem is the people who come and visit and throw their rubbish on the floor or the wind picking it up and throwing it everywhere. It’s not hard to clean after yourselves. During our stay on the long weekend we were able to experience some wildlife, have a campfire and pick up some woodfire from the 4wd track thats close to the main road. Being close to the town and jenolan caves makes this place a gem. Also Jenolan caves are closed due to COVID-19 so planning the trip beforehand is recommended.
